What is Alpha Leadership Training?

Let’s first answer "What is Alpha Leadership?” Alpha Leadership is a combination of two elements: Alpha, or first; and Leadership, or causing—giving the world a leader who is willing and able to go first and cause. The Alpha Leader is one who sees what is afoot, and causes people to rise into thought, choices, and actions that our species can be proud of.

Alpha Leadership Training teaches people how to lead as Alpha Leaders; in many settings.

The Alpha Leadership Project provides venues for this training, practicing, and mastering the "Sport of Alpha Leadership.”

Alpha Leaders in Training . . . Mastering the Craft.

Alpha Leaders in Training learn how to:

• Forefend. See and prepare for events before most others realize the probable need.
• Be Coherent. Their actions are effective and produce results that further chosen purposes.
• Forge and hold a chosen context. They know from where they come, and they do.
• Inspire and require. They provide a presence that compels and gives powerful meaning to being human—for themselves as well as others
• Accomplish. Not only doing, but delivering meaningful value.
• Be worth the difficulty that they cause others to undergo.
• Bring the Profound, the Sacred, and the sounds of Honest Moments.
• Deliver Delight. They cause delight where and when it doesn’t naturally come forth.
• Say. They become able to say what is to be said as it can be said.
• See ourselves and others as "Souls on Board.” One of the most powerful contexts to hold "aboard ship” . . . the ships of self, family, community and organization, citizenship, and of our species.
• To go beyond our biology—this is the possibility of our species.
• Create teams holding this context.
• Teach Alpha Leadership.
