Alpha Leaders hold great vision, forge responsibility, assure quality, and cause results. Alpha Leaders move others to higher levels of accomplishment.
The Purpose of Alpha Leadership
To invigorate the community, families and humanity to discover the core principles and practices of leadership that will improve the knowledge and future accomplishments of our species.
What are the factors by which great leaders contribute to the success of the species, a nation, a race, an organization, a community, a family, and a life? This was the inquiry that led to the development of Alpha Leadership.
Quite like Maslow’s "Self Actualizers,” Alpha Leaders cause most of the large movements in society. They set contexts, hold great vision, forge responsibility, assure quality, and cause results to be delivered. They move others to higher levels of performance. They improve the quality and performance of our species.
We discovered in our first attempts to deliver Alpha Leadership to a coed audience, much more time needed to be spent discovering, learning and respecting the other gender. The overall experience of the participants was greater love and appreciation for each other and through that experience, greater love for humanity.
Unlike the Alpha Female or Alpha Male of a unit, the Alpha Leader loves to win and cause the greatest good in others. They are not pushovers...ask their opposers about Churchill, Gandhi, King, Mother Teresa, Betty Friedan, Schweitzer, Gates, and any of the others your mind would think of who have moved our species, built a company, or led a family to it's finest hours. Neither are they oppressors: They do not seek to control. Instead, they cause results for the betterment of their group
The core principles and practices of Alpha Leadership Training are introduced and men and women are inspired to follow-up with all male or all female Alpha Leadership Training courses.
